About Sally

I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years, and I feel incredibly lucky to work with a wide variety of ages, shapes, and abilities to help people achieve the goals they set for themselves.

During those years in a traditional gym setting, I’ve seen, experienced, and even participated in the ugly side of the fitness industry. The side that assumes everybody is happier and healthier when they are thinner. The side that turns human insecurities into a billion-dollar machine.

After a lot of education and self-work, I came to a life-changing realization: your worth has absolutely nothing to do with your size.

Rather than focusing on a scale or a clothing tag, I focus on movement that makes you physically and mentally stronger, while addressing any physical limitations with compassion. The traditional "no pain, no gain" mentality is unsustainable. It leaves people feeling like they’ve failed and fosters a toxic relationship with food and exercise. Instead, I focus on building sustainable, long-term health for today, tomorrow, and into the golden years of life.

Your training sessions with me will be progressive, fun, challenging, and intentional. Most importantly, they will always take into account the real, messy, beautiful rigors of your everyday life.
